This study is building a comparison group of healthy men to help researchers understand why some men in families with cancer-risk genes develop breast cancer and others don't. You would contribute a blood sample that's already stored and answer questions about your family history.

- You are a man with no personal history of cancer
- You are age 66 or older
- A close family member carries a known cancer-risk gene mutation
- You have had a genetic counseling visit at the IUCT-O clinic
- You do not carry the same cancer-risk gene mutation as your relative
- A blood sample from you is already available in the lab
