  • You have been diagnosed with breast, gastrointestinal, lung, urologic, or head and neck cancer
  • You are scheduled to receive one of the specific chemotherapy drugs listed as part of your standard cancer treatment
  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You have not already been diagnosed with chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage from chemo)
  • You do not have a neurodegenerative disease like ALS, Parkinson's, or multiple sclerosis
