  • You have been diagnosed with tinnitus (ringing in ears) that has lasted at least 3 months
  • Your tinnitus is noticeable during normal daily activities, not just in silent rooms
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • You own a smartphone and can comfortably use mobile apps
  • Your tinnitus symptoms are stable and not rapidly changing
  • You have not previously tried sound therapy or other treatments specifically for tinnitus
