This study evaluates a new APAP (automatic positive airway pressure) device called Elara for treating obstructive sleep apnea. You'll use the device and have sleep monitoring to see how well it works for you.

Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old and weigh 30 kg (66 lbs) or more
- You have been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) with an AHI score above 15 within the last 6 months
- You are currently using an APAP device at least 4 hours per night on 70% of your nights
- You are willing to wear a mask during the study and follow all study instructions
- You do not have a pacemaker, ICD, or other implanted device that could interfere with sleep monitoring
- You are not pregnant and do not plan to become pregnant during the study
