Who can take part

  • Age 18–75 years old
  • Diagnosed with advanced (stage III) non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery, with a large tumor or significant lymph node involvement
  • No prior cancer treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, or targeted therapy)
  • Good overall health and able to care for yourself with minimal assistance (ECOG 0–1)
  • Expected to live at least 3 months
  • Willing to use effective birth control if female and able to have children
