Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You are able to care for yourself (performance status 0 or 1).
- Your lung cancer is stage III, cannot be removed with surgery, and the main tumor is at least 5 cm wide or the cancer in nearby lymph nodes is at least 2 cm wide.
- You have not had any previous treatment for this lung cancer.
- You do not have certain gene changes (EGFR or ALK) that can affect how well the study drug works.
- You do not have serious immune system problems or uncontrolled infections.
