- You've had or will have head and neck surgery that requires a skin graft or flap to cover the surgical area
- Your doctor has prescribed adapted physical activity (exercise tailored to your condition)
- Your surgery is scheduled at least 2 weeks away from now
- You don't have medical conditions that prevent you from exercising
- You speak the study language and can understand and follow the program instructions
- You're not pregnant or breastfeeding
