Who can take part

  • You are between 16 and 39 years old
  • You have a calf muscle strain confirmed by ultrasound
  • You have no open wounds, skin infections, or tattoos on your lower legs
  • You have a normal BMI (weight proportional to height, roughly 18.5–24.9)
  • You are willing and able to safely complete an exercise program
  • You have no history of connective tissue disease, nerve problems, or recent leg surgery
