TECAR therapy for shoulder tendon pain
Part of Bones, joints & muscles clinical trials.
This study tests a treatment called TECAR, which uses radio waves to help heal a specific shoulder tendon. It may reduce pain and improve shoulder function for people with long-lasting tendonitis.

This study tests a treatment called TECAR therapy, which uses heat and energy to help heal shoulder inflammation. If you have chronic shoulder pain from rotator cuff tendinitis, this therapy might help reduce pain and improve function.
This study tests a type of physiotherapy called TECAR therapy to see if it can reduce pain and improve quality of life in men with long-term pelvic pain (chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome). If you've had this condition for over 6 months, you may be able to join.
This study tests a treatment that uses special energy waves to help improve shoulder movement and reduce stiffness in people with frozen shoulder (a condition where the shoulder becomes painful and hard to move). The treatment may help you regain motion without surgery.
This trial tests whether TECAR therapy, a form of electromagnetic energy that helps reduce pain and promote healing, can improve symptoms of cervical radiculopathy (nerve pain from the neck). Participation may help relieve pain and improve function without surgery.
This study tests a type of physiotherapy called TECAR (a kind of heat therapy) to see if it helps reduce sciatic pain caused by a disc problem. If you've had this pain for more than 3 months, this treatment might offer relief without surgery.
This study tests a treatment called TECAR therapy (a type of electrical heat therapy) to see if it reduces shoulder pain and improves function in people with rotator cuff tendinopathy (wear and tear of the shoulder tendons). If you have this condition, the therapy may help relieve pain and help you move your shoulder better.
