  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You had a shoulder injury within the last 7 days
  • You do not have injuries in multiple body areas from the same accident
  • You have not had previous surgery on this shoulder
  • Your shoulder injury is not an open wound or break through the skin
  • You are able to understand and cooperate with a physical examination
