Who can take part

  • You had a hand injury and are currently doing hand rehab (after surgery or other treatment).
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You do not have diabetes or peripheral vascular disease.
  • You did not have any shoulder problems before your hand injury.
  • Your hand injury did not come with any other arm injuries.
