- You had a hand injury and are currently doing hand rehab (after surgery or other treatment).
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You do not have diabetes or peripheral vascular disease.
- You did not have any shoulder problems before your hand injury.
- Your hand injury did not come with any other arm injuries.
