Who can take part
- You had stomach or esophageal cancer that was surgically removed with clear margins (no cancer left behind)
- You completed the full neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimen (D-FLOT: durvalumab plus FLOT drugs) before surgery
- You are at least 18 years old and in good enough health for additional chemotherapy (ECOG 0-1)
- Your cancer staging is Stage II–IVa (not metastatic Stage IVb), confirmed by imaging with no spread
- Tumor tissue samples are available for the blood test (Signatera) or you have prior commercial test results
- You have no other active cancers and are not pregnant or breastfeeding
