  • You are pregnant with one or two babies, between 8 and 14 weeks along
  • You are 18 years or older
  • You can provide informed consent and understand the study
  • You are able to have a standard 30 ml (2 tablespoon) blood sample drawn
  • You do not have HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C
