- Your sore throat started less than 72 hours (3 days) ago
- Your sore throat is caused by a viral infection (not bacterial, or bacterial with negative rapid test)
- You are not currently taking other treatments for this sore throat
- You do not have influenza A, influenza B, or COVID-19
- If female and able to have children, you must use effective birth control during the trial
- You are enrolled in the French Social Security system
