Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have been diagnosed with membranous nephropathy and tested positive for anti-PLA2R antibodies
- You have been taking ACE inhibitor or ARB blood pressure medications for at least 4 weeks (unless you cannot tolerate them)
- You are up to date with standard vaccinations (flu, pneumonia, COVID-19)
- You have not received B cell-depleting antibody treatments in the last 9 months
- You do not have diabetes with poor blood sugar control, active cancer, or serious lung or nervous system disease
