New electroporation treatment versus standard care for enlarged prostate

Who can take part

  • You have moderate-to-severe urinary symptoms from an enlarged prostate (IPSS score of 13 or higher)
  • Your prostate is between 30 and 150 milliliters in size, measured by MRI or ultrasound
  • Your maximum urinary flow rate is 15 milliliters per second or slower
  • You have no history of prostate cancer, prostate surgery, or pelvic radiation
  • You can safely stop blood-thinning medications if the treatment requires it
  • You are able to attend follow-up appointments and provide informed consent
