  • Age 60 or older
  • Not currently doing regular structured exercise (2+ times per week) for the past year
  • BMI under 30 (roughly, not obese)
  • No heart disease, heart attack, or heart procedure in the past 6 months
  • Blood pressure generally stable and not too high or too low
  • Able to commit to about 4 months of study visits and exercise
