  • You are a woman who has gone through menopause and are between 45 and 75 years old.
  • You do not exercise regularly (less than 2 times per week).
  • You have not smoked in the last 5 years.
  • Your weight has stayed steady (gained or lost less than 7 pounds) in the past 3 months.
  • You are not currently taking hormone replacement therapy or certain heart-related medications.
