Who can take part

  • You are between 20 and 40 years old
  • You experience dizziness, vertigo, imbalance, or motion sickness related to inner-ear or vestibular problems (not seasickness or simulator sickness)
  • Your symptoms have been present for at least the past three months
  • You have not had formal vestibular (balance) rehabilitation in the last 6 months
  • You do not have severe vision problems or significant orthopedic (bone or joint) conditions
