Who can take part

  • You have a balance problem diagnosed by a special head-movement test (video head impulse test or bedside head impulse test).
  • You can stand without help for 5 minutes.
  • You do not use leg braces or have a leg or foot amputation.
  • You are not pregnant.
  • You weigh 300 pounds or less.
  • You do not have severe head injury, seizures, or other brain conditions like stroke or Parkinson's.
