Mindfulness plus physical therapy for office worker neck pain

Chronic Neck Pain

Part of Pain clinical trials.

This study compares two approaches for chronic neck pain in office workers: supervised physical rehabilitation alone, or the same rehabilitation combined with mindfulness training (meditation and awareness exercises). Researchers want to see if adding mindfulness helps reduce pain and improve function better than rehabilitation by itself.
