You may be eligible if you have had neck pain for at least 3 months and it is moderate to severe, but you haven't been in a recent neck pain rehab or exercise program.

Who can take part
- You are between 20 and 65 years old.
- You have had neck pain for at least 3 months, and rate it as 3 or higher on a 0-10 pain scale.
- Your neck pain limits your daily activities (score of 10 or more on a neck disability questionnaire).
- You have no major health conditions like heart, brain, or inflammatory diseases.
- You have not had neck or shoulder surgery, and you are not pregnant or within a year after giving birth.
- You haven't participated in a neck pain rehabilitation or regular exercise program in the last 6 months.
