Who can take part

  • You are a healthy male college student aged 20–25 years
  • You have a normal body weight (BMI between 18–25)
  • You have not had surgery on your lower back, hip, knee, or pelvis in the past year
  • You have no current pain in your trunk, hip, or lower legs
  • You can perform sustained muscle contractions on specialized testing equipment (isokinetic dynamometer)
  • You do not have neurological conditions that affect balance or muscle strength
