  • You are 65 years old or older
  • You do not have serious heart, kidney, liver, or lung failure
  • You do not have an irregular heartbeat or pacemaker
  • You do not have Parkinson's disease, diabetes, or nerve damage in your extremities
  • You are not currently fighting a serious infection or inflammation (like sepsis)
  • You are able to walk and are not bedridden or completely immobile
