Who can take part

  • You are between 20 and 40 years old, or between 60 and 85 years old.
  • You can walk on your own without help.
  • You are able to follow simple instructions and have a normal memory and thinking test.
  • You are not pregnant.
  • You do not have any serious medical conditions like heart, lung, nerve, or muscle problems that could affect your balance.
  • You do not have any numbness in your arms, hands, legs, or feet, and you have no pain or stiffness in your hips, knees, or ankles right now.
