Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You speak and read English well.
- You are at least 12 weeks pregnant or less than 12 weeks after giving birth.
- You have a GP (family doctor) in Nottinghamshire.
- You do not have a current diagnosis of any psychiatric disorder besides depression or generalized anxiety, or a history of other serious mental health conditions.
- You do not have autism, ADHD, Parkinson's, or a neurological condition.
