Who can take part

  • Age 18–40 years old
  • Lost one leg above the knee (unilateral transfemoral amputation)
  • Cleared by your doctor to participate in physical therapy
  • No serious complications or infections in your remaining leg
  • No history of neurological conditions (like stroke, Parkinson's, or MS)
  • Able to think and remember clearly (a brief memory test will confirm)
