Who can take part

  • You are 19 years or older
  • Your burn wound has healed (closed up) after skin grafting or wound dressing
  • You had a broken bone in your lower leg/hip that was treated with surgery, pins, or a brace
  • You can understand and follow instructions from a therapist during exercise
  • You can walk with some help (using a device, another person, or minimal support) but not completely independently
