Who can take part
- Your child is between 8 and 12 years old
- Your child has hearing loss in both ears and cannot hear sounds quieter than 61 decibels (about as loud as normal conversation)
- Your child has balance difficulties (scored below 45 on a standard balance test)
- Your child does not have a nerve or brain condition affecting movement
- Your child does not have hyperactivity, vision problems, bone/muscle disorders, or a cochlear implant
