Who can take part
- Your infant has been diagnosed with respiratory distress syndrome (RDS), a common breathing problem in newborns
- Your infant was born prematurely (before 37 weeks)
- Your infant was born via cesarean section (C-section)
- Your infant has no known birth defects or genetic disorders
- Your infant has not had brain bleeding or seizures
- Your infant is not currently taking neurotropic medications (drugs that affect the nervous system)
