Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have been diagnosed with depression and started on vortioxetine within the past week
- You have episodic migraine (recurring headaches with or without aura, starting before age 50) confirmed by a headache specialist
- Your depression is moderate to severe (HAM-D score above 18—a standard scoring system)
- You are not taking other depression medications or migraine preventive drugs (like tricyclic antidepressants, CGRP antibodies, or gepants)
- You have no other significant chronic pain conditions like fibromyalgia or chronic low back pain, and no history of psychosis or bipolar disorder
