New AML Treatment With Three Drug Combination Study

  • Recently diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has never been treated before
  • Cancer cells must be CD123-positive (a specific marker found on your leukemia cells)
  • Unable to receive intensive chemotherapy due to age (75+) or medical conditions like heart or lung problems
  • White blood cell count below 25,000 (or able to be lowered to this level with treatment)
  • Adequate kidney and liver function (specific blood test results required)
  • Not pregnant, not breastfeeding, and willing to use birth control during the study
