Energy-Saving Techniques Training for Severe COPD

Who can take part

  • Diagnosed with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) that is moderate to severe
  • Age 40 or older
  • Had 2 or more moderate flare-ups or hospitalizations for COPD in the past year
  • Able to attend regular follow-up appointments at Isparta City Hospital pulmonology clinic
  • You or a family member can read and write to help track your progress
  • No serious bone/joint problems, progressive nerve/muscle disease, or recent heart attack that would prevent participation
