Who can take part

  • Diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer (a type without HER2 or hormone receptors) confirmed by biopsy or cell sample
  • Cancer is locally advanced and cannot be removed surgically, or has spread to other parts of the body
  • Previous cancer treatments stopped at least 28 days ago, and cancer has progressed after prior therapy
  • At least one measurable tumor visible on imaging scans
  • Age 18 or older with expected survival of at least 12 weeks
  • Willing to use effective birth control during treatment and for 3 months after, and able to provide informed consent
