Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that is locally advanced (has spread nearby but not to other organs) and can be removed with surgery.
- Your tumor is HER2-positive (a protein that fuels cancer growth) and has at least one of these markers: PD-L1 CPS ≥1, EBV-positive, or dMMR/MSI-H.
- You have not had any prior chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy for this cancer.
- You are in good general health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and your organs are working well.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, and agree to use birth control during and 120 days after the study.
