Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor (like sarcoma, head/neck cancer, or melanoma) that has progressed despite at least two prior treatments and has no other standard options available
  • You're between 18 and 70 years old
  • Your overall health is good enough to complete the trial (ECOG score 0–1, meaning you can do most daily activities)
  • You've waited at least 28 days since your last chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery (or 6 weeks if you received certain specific chemotherapy drugs)
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within acceptable ranges, and your heart is pumping normally (ejection fraction ≥50%)
  • You're not pregnant, don't have active infections (including tuberculosis, HIV, or hepatitis), and don't have uncontrolled heart disease
