Who can take part
- You have advanced (unresectable, recurrent, or metastatic) stomach or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma that has never been treated with systemic chemotherapy or immunotherapy before
- Your tumor has the CLDN18.2 protein marker (confirmed by a lab test) and is HER2-negative
- You have at least one measurable tumor visible on imaging scans
- Your overall health status is good enough for chemotherapy (ECOG performance status 0 or 1)
- Your organ function (liver, kidney, heart, lungs) meets study requirements
- You are at least 18 years old and able to take oral medications
