  • Age 18 or older
  • English-speaking
  • Thyroid nodule with specific cell changes (Bethesda V or VI) or Bethesda III/IV with certain genetic mutations on prior testing
  • Thyroid tumor between 1–4 cm in size
  • No lymph node involvement detected on ultrasound
  • No cancer spread beyond the thyroid on ultrasound
