Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and currently in an intensive care unit (ICU)
- If you were on a breathing tube, you must be off it before joining
- You will stay in the hospital for at least 4 more days
- You can move both arms (even with difficulty) and sit upright for a short time
- You are alert and able to communicate by speaking, gestures, or writing
- You understand and speak Portuguese
