  • You are being seen at the Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust virtual hearing loss and tinnitus clinic
  • You are experiencing symptoms of hearing loss, ringing in the ears (tinnitus), or both
  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You can understand and speak English well enough to participate, or translation services can be arranged for you
  • You are able to give informed consent (understand the study and agree to take part)
  • Your medical records and test data are clear enough for the study to analyze
