Breast NeoplasmsFemale

Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.

This study uses a special imaging scan (PET/MR) with a tracer called fluorocholine to see if it can help evaluate breast cancer before treatment or before surgery. It is for women who are newly diagnosed with breast cancer and will either have chemotherapy before surgery or go straight to surgery.

PET/CT scan test for tumors using a special tracer

This Phase 3 study tests whether a PET/CT scan using a tracer called 18F-fluorocholine can better identify tumors. It may help doctors more accurately find and characterize tumors to guide treatment.

NCT04332588Recruiting· Phase 1
Testing PET/MRI monitoring for HER2-positive breast cancer before surgery

This early-phase study looks at how well PET/MRI scans can monitor treatment response in people with HER2-positive breast cancer before surgery. You may be asked to undergo specific scans during “neoadjuvant” therapy (treatment given before the main operation).

Using PET/MRI scans to check breast cancer treatment response

This study uses special PET/MRI scans to see how well breast cancer treatments are working. It aims to find better ways to monitor your cancer and guide your care.

NCT05982496Recruiting· Phase 2
PET/MRI scan for certain breast cancer types

This trial is studying if a special PET/MRI scan using a tracer called 18F FES can help doctors decide the best treatment for people with Luminal A or hormone-receptor-positive lobular breast cancer. The scan looks at estrogen receptors to see if your cancer might respond to hormone therapy.

NCT06086704Recruiting· Phase 2
PET/MRI scan for PR-positive breast cancer before surgery

This trial tests a new PET/MRI scan (using a special tracer called 18F-FFNP) to see how it images progesterone-receptor-positive breast cancer before surgery. You would get the scan and then have your planned surgery.

NCT03863457Recruiting· Phase 1
PET/CT scan test for breast cancer using a new tracer

This Phase 1 study tests a new PET/CT imaging tracer to see how well it can detect breast cancer spots in the body. It may help doctors learn where breast cancer is and how imaging could work better in the future.
