  • Diagnosed with advanced or metastatic colon cancer (microsatellite stable type) or pancreatic cancer that cannot be treated with surgery
  • Good overall health status (able to walk around and do light activities)
  • Able to start standard chemotherapy treatments for your cancer type
  • Blood work, kidney, and liver function within acceptable ranges
  • Willing to have tumor biopsies (tissue samples) and blood tests as part of the study
  • No active infections, HIV, or hepatitis; not pregnant or breastfeeding
