Who can take part

  • You are age 18+ (or 12+ for one melanoma group) and can provide consent/assent before any study steps.
  • You have advanced or metastatic cancer that matches one of the study types (such as melanoma, NSCLC, certain bladder/head and neck/colorectal/basal cell/triple-negative breast cancers).
  • Your cancer must have measurable disease that can be tracked on scans, and you must have a tumor spot that can be biopsied plus another spot that can be followed for response.
  • Your body must be able to tolerate treatment (ECOG status 0–1 and blood/organ tests adequate).
  • For groups that involve PD-L1, your tumor must meet a required PD-L1 level (often confirmed with a central test on a biopsy).
