Who can take part
- You are between 35 and 65 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with primary frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) in the freezing stage for 3-9 months.
- You have limited active and passive range of motion in your shoulder.
- You have more than 50% loss of motion in lifting your arm forward, to the side, and turning it outward compared to your other side.
- Your shoulder pain is less than 7 out of 10 on a pain scale.
- You do not have other conditions like diabetes, thyroid disorders, rheumatoid arthritis, or cancer.
- You have not had a rotator cuff injury, ligament injury, or previous shoulder surgery.
