Personalized Cancer Treatment Guidance for Nasopharyngeal Cancer

Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC)

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Ear, nose & throat, Mouth & dental clinical trials.

This trial tests whether a special analysis of blood markers and imaging scans can help doctors choose the best combination of chemotherapy and radiation for nasopharyngeal cancer. The goal is to improve outcomes by tailoring treatment to each patient's specific cancer characteristics.

NCT07618078Recruiting
Personalized Cancer Risk Assessment for Nasopharyngeal Cancer

This study helps doctors predict which patients with nasopharyngeal cancer (a cancer of the upper throat) will benefit most from additional chemotherapy after radiation treatment. It uses a special blood test and imaging to create a personalized risk score for each patient.

NCT07762976Recruiting· Phase 2
Tailoring chemo for nasopharyngeal cancer using EBV-DNA and MRI

This trial tests whether adjusting chemotherapy based on tumor markers (EBV-DNA) and MRI scans can improve outcomes and reduce side effects for people with nasopharyngeal cancer. If you have stage II or III disease, this study might help guide your treatment more precisely.

Toripalimab, chemo, radiation, and omega-3 for nasopharyngeal cancer

This trial tests a combination of an immunotherapy drug (toripalimab), chemotherapy, radiation, and omega-3 supplements for people with locally advanced nasopharyngeal cancer that hasn't spread. The goal is to see if this approach works better than standard treatment.

NCT07303023Recruiting· Phase 3
Personalized neck radiation to prevent cancer spread

This trial tests whether a personalized radiation plan for the neck can prevent cancer from spreading in people with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. It's for those whose cancer hasn't spread beyond the head and neck area.

NCT07137052Recruiting
Precise adaptive radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal cancer

This trial tests a more precise form of radiation therapy (adaptive radiotherapy) for nasopharyngeal cancer. It is designed for patients who have not yet had any treatment and whose cancer is limited to the head and neck area.

NCT05517135Recruiting
Personalized treatment for EBV-positive nasopharyngeal cancer

This trial tests a “choose the best treatment” approach for people with nasopharyngeal cancer (NPC) that is linked to EBV (a common virus). By matching treatment to your EBV and cancer features, the study aims to improve outcomes while tracking safety.
