Who can take part

  • You are a table tennis player between 15 and 30 years old.
  • You have had an ankle sprain in the last 6 months that caused swelling or pain and kept you from training for more than one day.
  • Your ankle often feels unstable or gives way.
  • You score 25 or lower on a standard ankle instability questionnaire (CAIT).
  • You have never broken your ankle or had ankle surgery.
  • You do not have any neurological or balance disorders.
