Who can take part
- Your tumor must be a well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumor of the pancreas, confirmed by a pathology report
- Surgery must have completely removed your tumor (R0 resection) with no remaining cancer cells
- No distant spread (metastasis) or leftover disease, confirmed by recent CT, MRI, or PET scans
- You must be within 4 months of your surgery and have not yet received any systemic chemotherapy
- Your tumor must be classified as intermediate to high risk of returning based on Ki67 score, size, and lymph node involvement
- You must be in good enough health (ECOG 0–1) and have adequate bone marrow, liver, and kidney function
