- You must be a healthy male aged 18–45 years and a Chinese citizen
- Your weight and height must fall within a normal, healthy range (BMI 19.0–24.0)
- Your blood sugar levels must be normal, with no history of diabetes or blood sugar problems in the past 3 months
- You cannot have serious medical conditions affecting your heart, lungs, stomach, kidneys, immune system, or nervous system
