Who can take part

  • Age 18–80 years
  • Have had or will have a CT scan of your heart arteries showing significant blockages
  • At least one coronary artery blockage meeting study criteria (70% or greater narrowing with certain warning signs on CT)
  • Scheduled for a heart catheterization procedure and stent placement as part of your regular care
  • Able to give written permission and understand the study
  • No severe allergies to CT contrast dye or kidney problems that prevent contrast use
