This study uses a CT scan of your heart (CCTA) and advanced computer analysis to see how well it can predict heart risks compared to detailed inside-look tests (IVUS, OCT, NIRS). If you have chest pain and have had certain heart scans, this trial may help doctors understand your condition better.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have stable chest pain or a recent mild heart attack (NSTE-ACS).
  • You have had a special CT scan (CCTA) that shows some narrowing (40-69%) or blockages (70% or more) in your main heart arteries.
  • You have had a heart catheterization and a camera look inside your arteries (IVUS, OCT, or NIRS) within 1 month of that CT scan.
  • You have not had a stent placed in the last 6 months, and you have never had a heart attack or heart failure.
