Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with lung cancer (confirmed or strongly suspected) that has spread to lymph nodes in your neck or just above your collarbone
  • You need surgery to remove these swollen lymph nodes
  • You are willing to have a PET/CT scan before surgery to help plan the procedure
  • You are able to give informed consent and understand the study
  • You do not have severe scarring or damage to your neck from previous radiation therapy
